I gladly make ride arrangements to bring my truck out to Diesel Works all the way from Downtown Norfolk. Professional, reasonable, knowledgeable, honest, zero pressure. Was referred by a trusted friend K.H. and they have come through with real old-fashioned service. Will give them all my vehicle work from here on out. As a small business owner myself I can now say, "Finally a shop where I know I'm not forking over my hard-earned money on marginal, overpriced work."

My husband and I wanted to make his old pickup truck safe for my 19 year old to drive. We heard from a friend how great diesel works were so we took it there . They fixed everything that was wrong with the truck made sure it passed inspection and made us feel so much better about letting our grandson drive it. A few months later my car broke down and again they came through for us our car and truck run great. They will always have my bussiness.

I have taken my excursion to Diesel Works for a couple of years now and am impressed with the professionalism, quick diagnostics and follow up. Scheduling is quick and efficient also and they even bring my vehicle to my work when service is complete which is super convenient. The staff is very friendly and the shop and office spaces look to be organized and well run. I will continue to use their services and recommend them.

I received excellent mechanical and customer service from the folks at Diesel Works. They took the time to note items that needed attention (injector drive module, turbo intercooler lines cleaned, fuel filter), but did not pressure me. Once their work was complete my '03 Ford 7.3 diesel was running as well as when I bought it back in the fall of '02.

Great guy. Great service. Family oriented. Number 1 auto repair. This is the place for all things auto.
