took two time in the shop but they got it fixed. I hope this is the last time for this truck nothing personal but this truck is acting like a boat or should I say a money pit one more time & it gone.

Does not return phone calls, keeps your vehicle longer than needed. Charges way too much

Go to a diesel repair shop to have a radiator drained ! I DID !! I did not want to risk twisting the drain cock out of the radiator trying to remove it my self...... my 'go to radiator repair was 'TOO BUSY TODAY' to handle my job and suggested "I wait until tomorrow" I actually was able to secure 'an appointment' to drain and refill my FORD Farm Tractor radiator at Diesel Works. Your office crew was exceptional. Your mechanic, DJ, was very, very professional. We also were able to drain the engine block, many radiator shops would have even overlooked that option. I was very pleased with your services and since, have sent my sons truck in for repairs to friction related holes, in his diesel fuel line. Friendly staff. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I received an $8000.00 estimate and then a week later, a $14000.00 estimate. Took my truck somewhere else, got more work done and paid only $4000.00, labor and parts. DO your research and shop around before you commit.
