We were traveling to Virginia Beach from PA with our camper when we started to experience truck problems. We took the truck to Diesel Works and Auto when we arrived in Virginia Beach. Tracy ran my husband back to the campground so he wouldn't need to find a way back. They knew when we were leaving Virginia Beach and had the truck finished. They made sure that the problem was taken care of so that the truck would not let us sit along side the road. We were very happy with service and the way they handled the situation. We would recommend Diesel Works and Auto to anyone. Thanks again!!

paid about $200 to install new fuel filter. smelled diesel fuel. had looked at by other service technician... was not installed properly and was leaking!! also nonresponsive to my previous complaint about draining down my batteries and leaving van unsecured for the weekend instead of inside as discussed... stuart chesson

I was very pleased with the professional attitude and courtesy I was given while discussing the situation concerning my truck. I was very impressed with the work order write up I received detailing the results of tests and pricing that were involved with my truck. The encounter with Diesel Works as a whole was very professional in every way. Though I was not able to continue business with them for personal reasons. I would highly recommend their services to others. 5 star rating.

A great service team with excellent work who cares about their customer and getting it done in a timely matter. The only shop I will let work on my truck.

I am very happy with the service I received at Diesel Works and Auto. They did a great job making my truck run like new again and I appreciated the text's and emails letting me know the status of my vehicle. I will definitely bring my vehicle back in the future. Jeremy
