Great work and done in no time. I drive a seafood truck and can't afford to have it in the shop for more than a couple days and the team here was able to get me back on the road asap. Let me know everything that was wrong and didn't try and overprice the work or hit me with a bunch of small maintence items. I definitely recommend these folks.

The only reason I didn't give you a 5 was because the truck was basically ready on Thursday night but I was told you didn't like test driving at 4:30 or after (the call I received was right at 4:20 to 4:30) so you would test drive it in the morning. I need my truck to go to work so I had already missed two days of work. By not getting it until later on Friday I also missed part of Friday. Better customer service would've been to go ahead and get me my truck Thursday night so I could work on Friday. Otherwise, I'm happy with your work and service.

We require our technicians to test drive every vehicle after the repairs are complete for our customers safety and satisfaction of repairs. We would not want to give back a vehicle to a customer without knowing we have completely addressed the customers concern.

These people are the most overpriced shop I have dealt with in Hampton Roads and I will not be returning.

Great company! Very friendly and informative, customer service is their specialty! My wife dropped our truck off to be serviced and provided a ride for her back home so that she didn't have to wait around for it. Once the check of truck was complete I received a very detailed overview of items that need attention now and in the future as well as photos of the areas they reviewed. Definitely earned my business now and for all future repairs!
